I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The location down on the waterfront is breathtaking, and I was blown away by the stunning view from the sunroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was so spotlessly clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful; I especially appreciated their help with transportation and parking. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety to choose from.
Nothing not to like.

Our romantic escape served its purpose. the room was beautifully decorated with comfy bed and quality linen. the private deck provided partial views of the scenic location which was a perfect place for my partner and me to enjoy our morning coffee. It was great that there was access to a swimming pool to refresh ourselves any time of day.
Though there were no significant drawbacks, the location was a bit difficult to find. the hotel is located uphill, which made it a bit challenging to get there especially if you are driving.

The hospitality was amazing, the views of the lagoon were awesome and the room was really inviting and cozy.
Unfortunately champagne that we asked for in our room wasn't there and the jacuzzi bath didn't work

This waterfront lodge boasts stunning views of the lagoon and surrounding areas. the rooms are well, appointed with comfortable beds and well, designed lamps. Enjoy the excellent breakfast menu and friendly, efficient staff who offer helpful tips for local dining and activities. the lodge also provides goody bags and cheese platters to your room.
Some of the rooms may experience poor Wi, Fi connectivity in certain areas.

Loved the location, overlooking the Knysna lagoon. Also liked the seclusion of the individual bungalows. Breakfast was wonderful & very imaginative. Owner very friendly & helpful.
Traffic noise coming up from main road - but, that cannot be helped. Close the windows, turn on the aircon & you won't hear it.

The setting and the lodge were lovely with spectacular views over the lagoon. The owner himself, made sure we were very comfortable and was always ready to answer any questions on the area. The breakfasts were excellent with a good variety of South African and European food.

Spent New Year at a guest lodge and loved the breathtaking views of the lagoon from the elevated location. The linen was of good quality and the breakfast menu was the most interesting and different we have ever encountered during our stay. The lodge offered transport to nearby locations, making it easy to enjoy a nice meal and glass of wine.
The location was slightly remote, making it necessary to drive or take a taxi to town or the waterfront for dining and access to amenities. There was no dining facility within the lodge for dinner, other than an honesty bar with snacks and drinks.
